Rose has coached the famed Mt. Mansfield Union dance team, which has won jazz and hip hop championships in the Vermont Northern Athletic Conference and state championships for more than a decade. Her team has also placed in the top five in both hip hop and jazz at the New England level. Rose is the creator and director of her own adult dance company, “SynRgy Dance Company,” and attained her LLC: “2INSPIRE Dance.” Throughout her career Rose has always been known for instilling self-esteem and passion through dance.
