Pilates Flow

Pilates develops overall strength and flexibility while emphasizing core strength, and helps to create healthy postural patterns. In this class, veteran instructor Sharon McIlwaine adds fun and variety to class with magic circles, stability balls, yoga blocks, hand held balls/ light weights and resistance bands. Use of props helps target particular muscle groups and allows for kinesthetic feedback and heightened body awareness.
