Pilates develops overall strength and flexibility while emphasizing core strength, and helps to create healthy postural patterns. You’re in experienced hands with veteran instructors (and former dancers) Sharon McIlwaine and Jenn Berry, who add fun and variety to class with magic circles, stability balls, yoga blocks, hand held balls / light weights and resistance bands. Use of props helps target particular muscle groups and allows for kinesthetic feedback and heightened body awareness.

Essentrics® is a full-body workout that rapidly develops strong, lean and flexible muscles through a dynamic and fluid combination of stretching and strengthening. Yoga is a practice that weaves together meditation, movement, breath and wisdom. It has the power to enhance our body's energy and closeness to ourselves. In this class, Meital Bator guides students step-by-step through yoga sequences of movement. Lessons start with a warm-up, short meditation, and continue to a flow of one yoga posture to the next, linking breath to movement and presence. Meital draws from Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa sequences and offers variations to accommodate all levels of experience. She holds a balanced practice, weaving attentiveness within movement.
