Beginning Pole Dance

Learn the thrilling and beautiful art of pole dance! Develop strength, coordination, and self-confidence as you learn to support yourself and move fluidly on a pole. Teacher Sage Horsey teaches an elegant style of pole dance informed by ballet and contemporary technique. This 5-week series is appropriate for all levels, from those who are just trying pole dancing for the first time to those with some experience.  Find out when the next series starts here.

A 5-week series designed for those who have attended the Beginning Pole series (or have taken pole elsewhere) and are ready to start building towards more advanced tricks, such as inversions. Sequentially work on specific shapes, grips, and entrances to tricks to expand your pole repertoire! Find out when the next series starts here. 

A drop-in class for those with pole experience. Enhance your fluidity between poses and tricks while learning a phrase of choreography on the pole. This is also an opportunity to work on perfecting technique and learning new skills! This class is not appropriate for total beginners.

Take your pole practice to the next level with a lollipop attachment! All pole dancers are welcome to drop in and try out the lyra—bringing the technique you already have to a new apparatus.
