Total Beginner Ballet
This class is for those who have never taken ballet lessons before. It is an introduction to the five positions of the feet; basic exercises at the barre; types of movements in ballet; and ballet terminology. Total Beginner Ballet is offered as an 8-week enrollment series, with the classes building on each other each week. For those who’d like to continue training, we offer an 8-week Total Beginner Pt. 2 series following Pt. 1. Click here to see when our next series starts!
Ballet 2
Ballet 3
Ballet 1
This drop-in class is for those who have had an introduction to ballet and are still working on developing muscle memory for correct placement and alignment. Class includes foundational, simple exercises in the barre and center, plus an introduction to turns and jumps.
A more advanced beginner class. Exercises at the barre introduce more speed and complexity, and greater focus is given to practicing turns and jumps in the center.
An intermediate/advanced level class. Students should have at least 4-5 years of training.
Ballet Barre
A traditional ballet barre, from pliés to grande battement. Exercises are usually given at the advanced beginning level, so it is recommended that dancers are practicing beginners or more advanced.
